Takea Harris

Takea Harris, 28, gave birth to her first baby, a son whom she named Zion, by cesarean in Manchester, New Hampshire. Born prematurely, Zion spent the first three weeks of his life in the hospital nursery. Meanwhile, Takea developed a staph infection in the area of her incision shortly after being released from the hospital. While being treated for the infection, she developed a blood clot that proved fatal.
