Susan Simpson

Susan Ryan Finch Simpson, 30, died on May 22, 2009. A resident of Bellfontaine, Ohio, she died in Columbus of bacterial meningitis not long after receiving an epidural during early labor by an anesthesiologist who wasn't wearing a mask. Her baby survives.
