Patty Perdue Pruitt

On November 15, 2000, Patty Purdue Pruitt of Salem, Virginia died at a hospital. A bank teller, she had twins by cesarean section. Shortly after her surgery, she noticed that she was bleeding from the incision. She rang for the nurses, but no one came immediately. When they got to her room, she was dead.
