Lesley Ann Spencer

Lesley Ann Marshall Spencer was born on Mother's Day, May 11, 1969, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Pregnant with her first baby, she underwent induction for labor for two days and then underwent a cesarean section. One month later, on July 9, 2002, she died. According to her doctors, she suffered from postpartum cardiopmyopathy while being treated for what her doctors thought was pneumonia.

Lesley Ann Spencer lived in Willingboro, New Jersey until her untimely death.
