Jill Heiman

Jill Heiman died of an amniotic fluid embolism, just after the stillbirth of her second child. Her friends say that she was given too much pitocin.

She was born on April 7, 1950, and she died on December 31st, 1991. She lived and died in Eugene, Oregon.
