Cynthia Fern Fader

Cynthia Fern Fader, CNM, died on October 24, 2002 in Trenton, New Jersey. She was 43 years old and the mother of a fourteen-year-old daughter. Two weeks before her death, she had an amniocentesis at 17 weeks of pregnancy. She developed an infection that led to disseminated intravascular coagulation, a transfusion and hysterectomy. Originally from Ohio, she and her daughter had recently returned from Mexico. Until her death, she worked at Capitol Health System in Mercer, New Jersey.
